Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you notify Flower City Aesthetics a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if there are any schedule conflicts. If you are ill, we will make an exception, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of not only myself, but other patrons. We try to be sensitive to last minute reschedules due to illness, however after 3 consecutive rescheduled appointments a deposit will be required for future bookings. Last minute cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service. No-shows will be billed at 100% of the reserved service fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may necessitate rescheduling and will be considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
